Chenggang restarts blast furnace
Hebei Iron and Steel Group (HBIS)’s Chengde Iron and Steel (Chenggang) has resumed the operation of its No.5 blast furnace after maintenance. The unit is a 2,500 cubic metre blast furnace for vanadium-bearing titano-magnetite, Kallanish notes.
