ChelPipe seeks increased exports as domestic competition rises
Chelyabinsk Pipe-Rolling Plant (ChelPipe) plans to raise exports in 2017 to offset increased competition in the domestic Russian market, the firm’s chief executive, Alexander Grubman, says in a note seen by Kallanish.
The firm is also seeking increased shipments of seamless pipe to the oil & gas industry, and an increased presence in the Middle East, and North and South America.
