ChelPipe enters African LDP market
Russia's ChelPipe has entered Africa's large diameter pipes (LDP) market with a shipment to Egypt, Kallanish learns from a statement by the pipemaker.
ChelPipe has supplied more than 2,000 metres of LDP with 711.2mm diameter and 12.7mm wall thickness for the Ain Sokhna Product Hub liquefied natural gas transportation and storage project in Egypt. The firm did not provide a tonnage.
