Charter rates to rebound, fleet growth slows: broker
Charter rates are likely to rebound substantially once the coronavirus outbreak is brought under control and Chinese factories resume normal production, according to Enrico Paglia of shipbroking house Banchero Costa. Fleets are also expected to grow at a much slower pace in the coming years than in the recent past, supporting rates.
