Center Rock purchases American Pipe Products
Midwestern US private equity company Center Rock Capital Partners has bought tubular distributor American Pipe Products of St. Louis, Missouri, Kallanish reports.
Financial terms of the private deal were not disclosed. American Pipe distributes both seamless and welded pipe and associated valves and fittings for the energy, hydrocarbon, and industrial markets.
