Turkey’s Cemtas orders new heat treatment furnace
Turkish alloy bar maker Cemtas has contracted Italy’s Danieli Centro Combustion to modernise its existing reheating furnace and add a new heat treatment furnace at its rolling mill.
Work under the €5.3 million ($5.6m) contract is scheduled to be carried out in 12 months. The new heat treatment capacity will consist of a continuous and masonry annealing furnace, Cemtas says in a bourse filing seen by Kallanish.
