Cemtas gets environmental nod for meltshop upgrade
Turkey's Cemtas has received environmental clearance for upgrades at its electric arc furnace that will raise its meltshop capacity by 15%, the steelmaker says in a bourse filing seen by Kallanish.
An environmental impact assessment (EIA) is not required for the project, the local relevant authority has decided, according to the notice by the Borsa Istanbul-listed steelmaker.
