China's CCTD advocates coking coal production limit
The China Coal Transportation and Distribution Association (CCTD) has released a profile which includes several measures to deal with the current volatile coking coal market, Kallanish notes.
China's coking coal market is out of balance with oversupply. In March, coking coal production rose rapidly by 9.6% on-year to 41.75 million tonnes and caused prices to fall at the beginning of April.
