CBSA starts new cold-rolled sheet investigation

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has begun a trade case against Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese cold-rolled steel, Kallanish reports. The concurrent anti-dumping and countervailing investigations will cover both coiled and discrete cold-rolled sheet. The petitioner in the case is ArcelorMittal Dofasco. A preliminary decision is expected by 23 August. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal will make its preliminary injury determination by 24 July. …
