CBSA pushes ahead with sucker rod case
The Canada Border Services Agency has released its comprehensive statement of reasons for its investigation into allegations of Chinese dumping and subsidising of sucker rods, Kallanish reports.
The petitioner in the case is Dover Canada ULC. The agency estimates China's dumping margins to be 138.2-305.1%, with subsidy margins ranging from 9.5-144.3%.
