CBSA identifies China sucker rod dumping margins
The Canada Border Services Agency has made its preliminary dumping and subsidy determinations on imports of sucker rods from China, Kallanish reports.
The agency's estimated dumping margins range from 138.2% to 305.1%. The subsidy margins range from 9.5% to 144.3%. The combined margins payable, then, range from 147.7% for Zibo Hongyang Weatherford Oilfield Equipment to 449.4% for all exporters not specifically named in the case.
