CBSA begins scope proceeding for fabricated components
The Canada Border Services Agency has launched a scope proceeding involving fabricated industrial steel components from China, South Korea, and Spain, Kallanish reports.
The proceeding was initiated at the request of potential trade case target Shanghai Shuangyan Chemical Equipment Manufacturing. The company seeks exclusion for its products from the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's positive injury determination on 25 May, 2017.
