CBSA begins normal value reviews for OCTG, rebar
The Canadian Border Services Agency has launched normal value reviews for both oil country tubular goods and rebar, Kallanish reports.
Normal value reviews are conducted to make sure that applicable values and export prices are in-line with current market conditions.
The OCTG review concerns material from Chinese Taipei, India, Indonesia, the Philipppines, Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vietnam. The original dumping case was closed in April 2015.
