Catalyst announces open season for Texas/New Mexico pipeline
Catalyst Midstream Partners said its Stateline Crude unit has launched a binding open season for a crude oil gathering and related pipeline system to serve the Delaware Basin. Catalyst is a joint venture between affiliates of Howard Energy Partners and WPX Energy.
A binding open season, as opposed to an open season, means shippers sign a binding contract for how much pipeline capacity they want.
