Carpenter reports $40.5m loss
US stainless producer Carpenter Technology Corporation saw profits sink in the fiscal third quarter ended 31 March, Kallanish understands.
During the quarter, Carpenter lost $40.5 million on sales of $351.9m. In fiscal Q3 2021, the company earned $39.9m on sales of $585.4m.
