Carmakers in Russia to benefit from state support
Carmakers in Russia will produce more than 220,000 cars and commercial vehicles in 2020, after receiving new state support, the Ministry of Industry and Trade says.
“This was discussed during a meeting with Russian president Vladimir Putin on 24 April to overcome the crisis, as well as supporting the entire automotive production chain, including suppliers of components and dealers,” the ministry comments.
