Carlisle to buy metal roof supplier
Diversified industrial company Carlisle Companies Incorporated plans to buy metal roofing supplier Drexel Metals, Kallanish learns.
Financial details for the proposed buy were not released, though Carlisle notes that Drexel carries annual sales of about $50 million. It is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, and operates facilities in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Colorado and Florida.
