Cargill sheds US metals business
Cargill has agreed to sell its US metals business to Tokyo-based Metal One Corporation, Kallanish learns from a company announcement.
A Cargill spokeswoman says both parties have agreed to not disclose financial terms of the deal.
The metals business includes eight facilities Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas, as well as auxiliary commercial centres in the cities of Minnesota and Texas.
