CAP Minería foresees 2019 iron ore production/shipments fall
Chilean group CAP`s iron ore production and shipments should fall year-on-year in 2019 impacted by the Puerto Guacolda II iron ore loading system accident which occurred on 21 November 2018, the company says. The group’s mining arm, Compañía Minera del Pacífico (CPM), is set to fully resume iron ore loading at the port as from the beginning of November, CAP confirms in a note monitored by Kallanish.
