CAP Acero boosts shipments in first quarter
Chile's CAP group's steelmaking arm, CAP Acero (Compañía Siderúrgica Huachipato), has increased its shipments and revenues in the first three months of 2018, Kallanish learns from the company's quarterly report.
The subsidiary's steel shipments amounted to 187,380 tonnes in the January-March period, or up by 1.3% compared to 184,966t in the first three months of 2017.
