Canadian rebar fabricator expands in California
Canadian rebar fabricator and installer LMS Reinforcing Steel Group has acquired Johasee Rebar in Bakersfield, California, Kallanish learns from a company release.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. Johasee’s senior management team will remain in place.
