Canadian Pacific acquires Steelcare
Canadian Pacific Railway has bought Steelcare Inc, Kallanish understands.
Steelcare is Canada’s largest steel transloading company, handling up to 1.5 million short tons each year. Financial terms of the acquisition were not released, but Canadian Pacific estimates the deal will up yearly revenues by C$10 million (US$7.5m).
