Canada’s metal product pricing registers mixed February
Prices for primary ferrous metal products in Canada were mixed in February, Kallanish learns from the latest data gathered by Statistics Canada.
According to Statistics Canada's industrial producer price index, monthly pricing for primary metal products was down 0.7% month-on-month, with a reading of 141.7 points. That level was up 1% year-on-year.
At the same time, fabricated metal product prices in Canada were up month-on-month at a reading of 140.7 points.…
