Canada will not impose duties on Austrian OCTG
Canada will not be imposing antidumping duties on OCTG imports from Austria.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal made its final injury determination in the trade case, determining that the alleged dumping of Austrian OCTG has not caused injury and is not threatening to cause injury to Canada’s domestic industry.
The antidumping duties of 34.6-129.2% previously determined by the Canada Border Services Agency will therefore not be applied.
