Canada upholds plate dumping duties
The Canada Border Services Agency believes that rescinding the extant duties on hot-rolled carbon plate from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, and Romania will likely lead to the resumption of dumping, Kallanish understands.
The decision marks the conclusion of a five-year sunset review on the affected countries. A full statement of reasons will be released within 15 days.
