Canada targets Korean line pipe
The Canada Border Services Agency has made a final positive dumping determination on carbon and alloy line pipe from Korea, Kallanish reports.
The final dumping margins have been set at 4.1-88.1%.
If the Canadian International Trade Tribunal finds evidence of dumping in its final report on or about 4 January, the margins will be collected as anti-dumping duties.
An additional statement of reasons concerning the finding will be published in the next 15 days…
