Canada reviews rebar dumping duties

The Canada Border Services Agency is conducting an update and reinvestigation of rebar dumping from nine countries-of-origin, Kallanish understands. The countries in question – China, Korea, Turkey, Belarus, Chinese Taipei, Hong Kong, Japan, Portugal and Spain – were previously found to have injured the Canadian market in both 2015 and 2017.
