Canada renews China anti-dumping duties
Canada’s Border Services Agency has opted to continue its 77% anti-dumping duties on hot-rolled sheet from China following a 5-year sunset review, Kallanish understands.
The agency has determined that revoking the duties – originally instituted in January 2013 – would likely lead to continued dumping.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has until 9 August to ratify the agency’s decision. If it does so, the 77% duty will continue.…
