Canada preliminarily determines injury from rebar dumping

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal has made a preliminary injury determination concerning imports of rebar from Oman and Russia, Kallanish reports. According to a notice issued 25 January, the Tribunal found reasonable indication of material injury to the Canadian industry from the dumping of rebar from Oman and Russia.
