Canada Nickel acquires Noble's Crawford operation
Canada Nickel Company plans to acquire a property and option agreement on five additional properties near its Crawford mine in Ontario, Canada, Kallanish reports.
The company has agreed to pay Noble Mineral Exploration CAD 500,000 ($373,096) and issue 500,000 of its shares for 100% interest in the mine with the option to acquire up to 80% interest of five additional properties in the near future.
