Canada launches new welded pipe dumping investigation
The Canada Border Services Agency is investigating allegations of carbon welded pipe dumping from Pakistan, the Philippines, Turkey, and Vietnam, Kallanish understands.
The petitioner in the case is Novamerican Steel of Montreal, Quebec.
The agency is slated to make its preliminary dumping margin detrminations by 18 October. A full statement of reasons detailing the rationale behind the investigation will be released within 15 days.
