Canada identifies sucker rod dumping margins

The Canada Border Services Agency has made a preliminary affirmative dumping determination on imports of sucker rods from Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico, Kallanish reports.  A full statement of reasons will be released within 15 days.  The agency has preliminarily found dumping margins of 30.5% for Argentina; 27.3% for Brazil; and 48.9% for Mexico.
