Canada finds preliminary rebar dumping from six countries

The Canada Border Services Agency has assigned preliminary dumping margins to rebar imports from Belarus, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, Portugal and Spain, Kallanish notes. The duties range from 1% for Taiwan producer Feng Hsin Steel to 109.2% for all unnamed Spanish exporters, Taiwan's Power Steel and Japan’s Marubeni-Itochu Steel.
