Canada finds high dumping margins for Mexican OCTG
The Canada Border Services Agency has completed its trade case on OCTG imports from Mexico, finding high dumping margins, Kallanish learns from a government document.
CBSA determined dumping margins of 43.3% for OCTG imports from Tubos de Acero de Mexico (Tamsa) and 164.7% for all other Mexican exporters.
A statement of its reasonings for determining the above margins will be released by CBSA early in the new year.
