Canada finds evidence of welded pipe dumping

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has made affirmative preliminary dumping determinations on imports of carbon welded pipe from Pakistan, the Philippines, Turkey and Vietnam, Kallanish reports. Pakistan’s dumping margins were found to be 10.1-58%, while the Philippines’ margins are 3.8-10.1%. Turkey’s margins were found to be 3-95%, and Vietnam’s margins are 10-47.7%.
