Canada drops two producers from pipe case

The Canada Border Services Agency has dropped two Chinese Taipei companies from its carbon welded pipe dumping investigation, Kallanish understands. Chung Hung Steel Corporation and Shin Yang Steel have been excluded from the case due to “... insignificant” dumping findings.
