Canada to conduct 5-year pipe dumping review
The Canada Border Services Agency plan to conduct a review of the final welded pipe dumping determinations made against six countries, Kallanish learns from an agency release.
The final dumping duties were set in November 2012. The review is slated to be complete by 29 September.
