Canada begins plate sunset review
The Canada Border Services Agency has launched a sunset review of its duties on hot-rolled carbon plate from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, and Romania, Kallanish understands.
A decision on whether rescinding the duties would lead to continued dumping is slated for 24 May.
The duties in force range are 74.6% for Bulgaria and the Czech Republic, while Romania’s duties are 39.3-74.6%.
