Canada assigns preliminary line pipe dumping margins
The Canada Border Services Agency has made a preliminary affirmative dumping determination on line pipe from Korea, Kallanish understands.
The preliminary dumping margins found range from 4.7-107.2%.
A statement of reasons is expected to be released within 15 days.
