Canada assigns final pipe dumping margins
The Canada Border Services Agency has made its final dumping margin determination on imports of carbon steel welded pipe from Pakistan, the Philippines, Turkey, and Vietnam, Kallanish reports.
The dumping margins range from 0.6% for one Turkish exporter to 66.8% for exporters from the Philippines and Pakistan. A full statement of reasons will be available within 15 days.
