Canada assigns final margins to Chinese line pipe
The Canada Border Services Agency has made its final dumping and subsidy margin determinations on carbon and alloy line pipe imports from China, Kallanish learns from a government statement.
The agency finds dumping margins of 74.4-351.4% and subsidy rates of 0.63-17.32%. Both figures are based on the respondent’s export price.
