Canada alleges hefty Chinese line pipe dumping margins
Chinese large-diameter line pipe producers could be facing anti-dumping and countervailing duties north of 80% if the Canada Border Services Agency rules in domestic producers’ favour, Kallanish understands.
CBSA claims dumping margins of 53.6% and subsidy margins of 30.3% for Chinese line pipe producers in their on-going investigation. Japan is also under investigation for dumping and carries alleged margins of 25.4%.
