Canada again reviews China plate dumping duties
The Canada Border Services Agency and Canadian International Trade Tribunal have begun an expiry review of their 2013 duty continuation on hot-rolled plate from China, Kallanish learns.
A determination as to whether discontinuing the duties would lead to further dumping is expected by 2 March.
