CAMU: Chinese scrap generation to fall in 2018
The China Association of Metalscrap Utlisation (CAMU) held its 2018 Steel Scrap Conference in Chengdu City, Sichuan province on 16 November. CAMU president Li Shubin said that the total amount of scrap steel resources generated in China this year will be 220 million tonnes, an increase of 10% year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
