CAMU calls for Chinese scrap industry tax reduction
Sun Jiansheng, secretary general of the China Association of Metalscrap Utilization (CAMU), has said that the value-added tax system for the Chinese scrap recycling industry is not yet perfect. This is leading to a large number of scrap transactions without VAT being paid, the official said in an interview with the China Metallurgical News.
