Cadence advances investment in Amapá iron ore mine
UK-based Cadence Minerals (CM) says it has entered into a binding settlement agreement with the secured bank creditors of DEV Mineração (DEV), the owner of the Amapá iron ore project in Brazil, Kаllanish notes.
This represents the last major precondition for CM to vest its initial $2.5 million for a 20% interest in the large-scale mine, beneficiation plant, railway and private port, the company explains.
