Buckeye plans cross-Texas crude oil pipeline
Houston-based Buckeye Partners said Thursday it is preparing for a third-quarter binding open season for a new crude oil pipeline. This will extend from the Permian Basin in West Texas, to Corpus Christi, on the Texas Gulf of Mexico coast. A binding open season means shippers sign a binding contract for how much pipeline capacity they want.
