British Steel looks outwards to turn around
British Steel’s turnaround to profit in financial year 2016-2017 (see Kallanish 2 June) is due in part to its transformation “… from an inward-looking production hub into a profitable, more agile business by controlling costs, improving our product range and quality and through strategic investments,” according to executive chairman Roland Junck.
