British Steel gets approval for ultra-long coated rails
British Steel tells Kallanish that it has obtained approval for ultra-long versions of its so-called Zinoco rails from UK railway infrastructure operator Network Rail.
The Zinoco product, introduced in 2016, is a coated rail product which has been specifically developed for use in areas such as coastal lines, wet tunnels, level crossings, mineral lines and salt pans.
