British Steel announces wire rod price increase
UK long products’ specialist British Steel has announced a price increase for its wire rod to take effect from the end of September.
Its wire rod prices will rise by at least £50/tonne ($64.3/t) on all deliveries from Friday 29 September 2017, the company says in a note sent to Kallanish.
